My partner had his pre-operation.. and he said that it was too complicated because the way he did it he couldn't find the canal.. it took 5 to 10 seconds and goodbye he left... in the way that speaks, It happened so quickly, he didn't even have time to ask him a question, he was already gone... he knows, he smelled like cattle... One after the other, go go go, it's got to be rolling .. he is very disappointed. The only solution is sending him to a private clinic which costs an arm and a leg.

Benevolent team, and Dr. Boucher was extremely friendly and did the work very gently.
Worst customer service. I made a first appointment a few months ago which I then had to cancel. To make a second appointment, you had to pay a fine of $115, which I did. I was warned that I couldn't drive after the operation, so I arrived by public transport and a chaperone would meet me later to drive me home. In addition to being really stupid during the reception, Dr. Boucher and his team refused to perform the operation because my companion had not arrived at the same time as me. However, he was going to be there before the end of the operation. They told me to make another appointment and pay a second fine of $115. Which I won't do. They really are scammers. I do not recommend this clinic at all. I strongly suggest you find another one.

Great doctor and great staff. I went in my first day and he told me what to expect. Did the procedure in the same day. What’s best is that it is covered by RAMQ. Go and see him as you will not regret his services as he is professional and makes you feel comfortable
At first, I was stressed, but they got used to it and knew how to defuse the situation very well. I just got out of it and I had a great experience! Would I go there again? It's still a vasectomy, but the experience was pleasant enough to recommend!
